PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been placed, processing time is 1–3 working days. On business days, orders are usually processed within 1 day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.
Once processed and dispatched, the average delivery time is 8–12 working days. Please note that some items are shipped from our fulfilment partners outside the UK; delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, which is outside our control.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the order being placed.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
As some orders are shipped from outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping total.

- If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our carrier — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
