CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS – CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied. Our goal is for you to be fully happy with your purchase from James Bristol. If the items ordered do not meet your expectations, you may return them during this period.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To ensure your return is processed quickly, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of items: Items must be complete (including all parts and accessories) and in their original condition with the original packaging.
- No excessive use: Only normal use is permitted. Damage caused by misuse may result in the return being refused.
- Hygiene products: Items such as underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Faulty products: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
- Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide all necessary return instructions.
- Processing time: Returns are processed within 7 working days.
⚠️ Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear, use or visible damage.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

2. WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS
You will receive the correct return address from us.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address.
3. SEND THE RETURN
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (from approximately £25).
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods. Withdrawal only becomes effective once the returned goods have been received by us.
- Withdrawal period: 14 days from receiving the final item
- Order processing: Withdrawal is only possible after the goods have been delivered
- Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (from approximately £25)
⚠️ All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer's expense.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
